Bringing an Employee Bonus Scheme to Life
Enticing employees to drive sales
The huge (no pun there!) retailer came to us to develop the creative for their internal employee bonus plan which needed a bit of a refresh.
We needed to use clever creative to generate enthusiasm amongst their staff in order to boost sales and get the team excited about earning a juicy bonus.
As well as developing the illustrated mascot (who else could we use for Tile Giant but a giant named Tyler eh?) to promote the plan internally, we developed the campaign’s entire look and feel alongside its identity and supporting strapline: Success is Better Shared.
We then applied this new look and feel across a series of materials that were supplied to stores across the UK.
The internal comms has reached outlets throughout the UK in over 100 Tile Giant specialist stores and over 200 outlets via their sister companies, Travis Perkins and City Plumbing.
