The Bassetlaw safeguarding team had a challenge in front of them.

Refining processes and keeping up to date with the digital movement is something Bassetlaw CCG are not shy of. To enable them to continue managing the fantastic work they do in an efficient and effective manner, a platform was required that would make everything streamlined, refined and simple.

A team who are equally passionate about bringing innovation to care practices, their team was looking to implement a unique system that would allow them to manage their safeguarding, monitoring and auditing in a way that would improve and refine their existing processes.

This is where Bluestep came in. Helping to design and perfect the inventive software, we created and designed a digital platform that could be accessed via mobile and PC. The web based app was fully branded to suit the CCG brand guidelines, completely secure, and unreachable to public smart phones.

Paper based auditing is now a thing of the past. With a platform that allows staff to generate reports, individual residential/nursing care homes can log in to view their results as a summary or a comprehensive report; all stored on a secure colour system. The CHAT (Care Home Auditing Tool) is a revolutionary way for staff and governing bodies to monitor trends, staffing and safeguarding.
